William Woods and Callaway Chamber of Commerce present Leadership Series Part One: Leadership Strategies to Prevent Civil War During Negotiations.
This webinar will examine some of the internal and external conflicts organizational leaders experience during the negotiation process. This presentation is intended to provide leaders with evidence-based strategies that can better assist them with moving the negotiations forward and/or to a successful conclusion.
About Our Speaker: Dr. Trice holds a Doctorate Degree in Leadership Management with a focus in psychology and sociology of leadership and has two Master’s Degrees from Webster University, one in “Human Resource & Development” and a second in “Leadership Management.” Dr. Trice obtained his two undergraduate degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Criminal Justice and Administration of Justice and Pre-law.” Dr. Trice retired after more than 23 years working in local, county, state, and federal
law enforcement. Dr. Trice retired with the rank of Captain from the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department in 2015. He is currently an Associate Professor and MBA Program Manager at William Woods University. Dr. Trice is also the President/CEO/Founder of TRIKEN Consulting, Inc. Dr. Trice has received numerous commendations for his public service, which includes being named “Illinois Top Law Enforcement Officer of the Year” as well as “Top 50 Investigators in the United States”, “The Distinguished Alumni Award from his Alma Mater, Southern University of Carbondale” and Excellence in Teaching Award. He is also Nationally Certified & Licensed Polygraph Examiner and Forensic Interviewer.
