Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while managing various banking transactions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Duties

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• Strong relationship management abilities to foster trust and loyalty among clients.
• Background in financial sales to effectively promote banking services.
• Excellent math skills, including basic math, retail math, and cash handling expertise.
• Experience with cash registers or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Proven customer service experience with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.66 - $17.51 per hour
