If you have an outgoing and cheerful personality, positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fun team environment, we are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Digital Banker/Digital Banker for our Customer Care Team located in Fulton, MO. Salary commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from banking customers
  • Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and basic troubleshooting for digital banking
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to banking regulations
