Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process order forms, references, and input customer information into the computer system on new lease agreements

· Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area, and bathrooms

· Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed

· Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide
excellent customer service

· Take proper payments from customers and update
information in the computer

· Assist the Sales Manager with marketing efforts and to sell at a high level to ensure that monthly sales goals and growth objectives are achieved; including managing web leads and Facebook account for store

· Delivery, setup, and pickup of merchandise

· Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

· Neat, professional appearance

· Well organized, ability to multi-task, good computer skills

· Patience and empathy

· Effective communication and problem solving skills

· Willingness to learn, take direction, and listen

· Must be a people person and have a warm, friendly attitude; excellent customer service

· Class E license within 30 days of hire

· Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid drivers license and have a good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)

· Minimum high school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required

· Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
