Job Description
Requirements:  Previous administrative office experience required, previous experience in insurance-especially commercial lines a plus, strong communications skills, excellent computer skills, decision making ability, enthusiastic about the opportunities to build a career in the insurance profession.

Responsibilities:  Ability to work independently, answer phone calls and advise accordingly, responsible for effectively using agency resources and procedures to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, perform other procedures for agency work flow, diagnose customer issues at a foundation level, provide solutions, and use a structured thought process to achieve results while balancing client needs within agency procedures and guidelines, assist agency Principal with administrative process.
