We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Coordinate with marketing to develop and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing or Construction Mgmt or related field
