Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Description:
  •          Cut N Dry Studio is looking for enthusiastic, talented, and licensed cosmetologists to join our friendly, dynamic team. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where creativity and client satisfaction thrive.
Compensation:
  • 60% net services + 10% commission - Guaranteed $15/hour
  • Base income guarantee with significant growth potential by optimizing industry time standards

Interview Preparation:
  • Bring your haircutting tools
  • Provide a current resume
  • Present your valid cosmetology license (or a copy)
  • Share social media pictures showcasing your work (if available)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
  • Consult with clients to understand and meet their hair care goals
  • Maintain a clean, professional workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
Qualifications:
  • Current board-certified cosmetology license (required)
  • Passion for creativity, excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
