Henderson Promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP)

Jefferson City, MO – Mid America Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Brenda Henderson to AVP. Henderson will also continue serving as the bank’s Compliance Officer and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer. Henderson is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the bank’s compliance management program to ensure the bank and its associates remain informed of and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, as CRA Officer, Henderson oversees the bank’s CRA program, including the development and implementation of programs that ensure the bank meets the needs of its communities.

Henderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University in 2018. She joined the bank in 2015 and has been the bank’s Compliance Officer since 2021 and CRA Officer since 2024. Henderson also earned a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation in 2023 through the American Bankers Association.

Henderson resides in Wardsville with her husband where they are members of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
