SSM Health Family Medicine & Walk-in Clinic to close

JEFFERSON CITY, MO (April 2, 2020) – Due to recent provider departures, SSM Health Family Medicine & Walk-in Clinic located at 350 Country Meadows Lane in Fulton will close after April 30. The clinic is no longer providing walk-in services at this time. The Family Medicine portion of the clinic will close after April 30. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our patients.
“We have sincere appreciation for the excellent care and dedication that Dr. Kimetha Fairchild has provided to our patients over the past several years, and we wish her the best in her retirement,” said Tonya Pehle, vice president of operations for SSM Health Medical Group.
Patients were notified by letter and staff will be contacting those with future appointments in order to assist patients in transferring their care.
